made an order. card been debited. but ticket not been issued. when I call response was there was an error you need book again. payment reversal will take 5 to 14 days. truly disappointed, how on earth they can say booking failed when payment transaction was done? there response for the own mistake simply not acceptable.

Update: after 3 years, the app is still too complicated. 5 minute time limit to select seats and food for a large group. always times out. bad design. What's worse is that you cannot book seats in a screen if you leave a gap between yourself and seats next to you. You could be booking seats in an empty cinema but you are told to sit next to someone you do not know... together. ridiculous!

Why no login to save data. if the app resets you loose your booking even though you have been charged. No saving of payment details either. and the app crashes during payment now.Have I paid, do I have a seat reserved, who knows as the customer service can't help unless you have a booking number.
